David Boyce has been a licensed attorney in Minnesota since 1988. A graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota, Mr. Boyce received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. Since then, Mr. Boyce has been an active member of the litigation community, first working for a District Court judge and then in private practice.
Mr. Boyce was an associate with Ramstad, Kennedy and Associates from
1995 until 1999 when the firm became Ramstad, Kennedy and Boyce. David B. Boyce Law Office, PC was formed earlier this year. Mr. Boyce practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law - including divorce, separation, paternity, child support and custody, adoption and guardianship - wills, trusts and probate, and small business issues.
Mr. Boyce is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has appeared in the Scott County courts for over 20 years and is well regarded by attorneys and judges alike.
