Mr. Kennedy has been in private practice for over twenty-five years handling criminal defense, estate planning and wills, personal injury and wrongful death cases. With his extensive experience in criminal defense, he has litigated hundreds of cases relating to DWI, drug offenses, criminal sexual conduct, domestic assaults, traffic violations, juvenile crimes and white collar crimes and has obtained outstanding results for his clients.

Mr. Kennedy is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was on the Board of Directors of Community Action Counsel and, in 2004, was listed in the National Register’s “Who’s Who” in Executives and Professionals.
