Mr. Ramstad has been in private practice for thirty-three years. His concentrations are criminal defense and personal injury. Focusing his time in Scott, Dakota and Carver counties, he has outstanding results involving DWI/DUI, felony and gross misdemeanor matters, and serious personal injury cases.

Mr. Ramstad taught Criminal Law & Litigation at the college-level for 25 years. He served as President of the First Judicial District Bar Association in 1982. He graduated Cum Laude in 1975 from Hamline Law School in St. Paul.

Mr. Ramstad is a member of the America Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association, and admitted to all courts.
